Tania has over 20 years business experience working with large and small enterprises specialising in learning, leadership development and culture change across both the private and public sectors. She has held consulting and management roles during this time focusing on leadership performance and team development to help drive organisational wide culture change. Tania has held operational leadership roles earlier in her career within the hospitality industry and more recently along with her consulting work, she was the General Manager of a mental health charity, Mood Active for a number of years.

Tania has facilitated hundreds of workshops over the past 12 years as part of leadership and high performing teams programs. Workshops have ranged from coaching skills, managing performance, self-awareness, difficult conversations, resilience skills, resolving conflict, leadership and working styles, bullying and harassment, change and time management and influencing skills.

Tania's style is warm, energetic and empathetic when working with clients to help them achieve their goals. To help facilitate this change she draws from a mix of evidence based psychology theory and best practices as well as her own practical experience as a leader.
