Geoff is an Organisational Development professional with over 25 years’ experience working across leadership and talent development, culture transformation, coaching and facilitation. He has an enduring commitment to supporting personal and organisational transformation.
Geoff works with front line contributors, senior leaders and teams to help drive personal, team and organisational effectiveness. Geoff’s core belief is that we can affect change by working with people on mindsets, skillsets and toolsets. Geoff has had many years of experience in coaching, consulting (leadership and culture) designing, developing and facilitating immersive and experiential leadership programs and learning experiences.
Geoff partners to deliver powerful personal and business results drawing from his experience as a people leader and consultant in a variety of internal and external roles spanning a wide variety of industries and organisations. These include insurance and financial services, engineering, manufacturing, construction, the FMCG sector, government, mining, hospitality, social services, police and telecommunications. He has a particular interest in male mental health.
