With more than 30 years of professional services experience, including 24 years as a Partner at Deloitte, Karen brings deep commercial insight and practical leadership experience to her coaching. She is particularly known for her work in midlife leadership, supporting leaders to navigate transition, sustain performance, and continue to grow their impact.

Karen is an international award-winning author of Be Your Own Leadership Coach (Self-Coaching Strategies to Lead Your Way) and integrates evidence-based coaching, positive psychology, and strengths-based approaches into her work.
