THE ENGAGEMENT

From compliance risk to confident capability.

The Australian market is full of experiential learning, motivational keynotes, andgeneric competency workshops. Here's what they're missing.

BUSINESS PROBLEM

WaterNSW generates and uses a significant amount of information to operate its business - some of which, if selectively released, could create an uneven playing field for market participants. WaterNSW has a duty to ensure water market sensitive information is released on a timely basis and made available to all participants at the same time. Consequences of releasing unauthorised information include creating an unfair advantage and disadvantaging various water market participants.

SOLUTION

Mind The Gap partnered with the Customer Services, Water Planning & Delivery and Legal teams to co-design a phased approach to building capability across both customer and non-customer facing roles. The program module included a pre- knowledge quiz, in-session quiz and post- knowledge assessment to increase participant engagement using scenarios to demonstrate application of key concepts and principles. Business sponsor and SME videos, Quick Reference Guides and FAQs were developed for on-the-job support.
